I am hiring 7.3 billion web developers

Hi guys, I am looking for brilliant web developers, who are willing to believe in my idea, and help me pull it of. Basically, I am going to give every single human being on the planet, his or her own privately owned web server, with incentives to purchase it!

Do you want to help me?

Imagine 7.3 billion web servers

Imagine every single human on the planet having his or her own personal web server. What would be the effect of this? How would it change the world? How would it change science?

Today everyone with an internet connection can register at Facebook, and start writing whatever they want, and easily have it spread – Unless Marc Zuckerberg for some reasons doesn’t like what you write! The last point is crucial. Basically, Mr. Zuckerberg has very effectively positioned himself as the emperor of the entire world. Don’t believe me, realise he effectively controls “the word”.

In the beginning there was the word, the word was with God, the word was God! The Gospel according to John, chapter 1, verse 1.

Hence, arguably, Marc Zuckerberg is god! Is that a situation which we want? Do you think Marc will be a benevolent God? Even if he is benevolent, what about the other shareholders at Facebook …?

The only fix for this, is to give every single human being a personal home web server.

One year ago, I registered a company, with the sole purpose of delivering one web server, to every single human being on the planet. I have the operating system ready, I have all the software done – Now all I need is a huge HW company to help me create the hardware, or the ability to create my own hardware.

I have worked 10 years on these ideas. Do you believe I am crazy? Or do you believe I am brilliant?

If you’re interested in getting in contact with me, and discuss my ideas, feel free to use the form below …

Chris Juice bar in Larnaca, Cyprus

I love to write about things that are good, and Chris Juice bar in Larnaca is one of those things. Every morning they get a truckload of fresh fruits and veggies, which they use to create the most delicious juices you can imagine. The guy who owns it, had an accident with his neck some time ago, at which point his old auntie had to step in, and help him run the shop.

Every time they see me, they shout “Mr. Thomas”, and serves me the most delicious juice you can imagine, while teaching me a couple of new Greek words and phrases every day.

Tria beninda, which is 3 EURO and 50 cents for a huge cup of the most delicious juice you can imagine. Literally so fresh, you can feel the vitamins spread out into your system as you drink it.

“Bomba man” (which means great and fantastic man) recommends this place, and gives it 7 stars out of 5 possible!!

The coolest hair dresser in Cyprus

Maison de Charles is a small hair dresser in one of the side streets of Touz Hane road, close to Larco Hotel. It is the best possible hair dresser experience you could possibly have in Cyprus. €10 for a hair cut, 5 more if you need a wash.

Charles used to be a television celebrity back in the “golden days”, and his saloon is a temple for Jesus and God. Decorated like a shrine and a holy place, Charles is always willing to give of himself. A gentle soul, with a huge ❤ – 11 stars out of 10 possible! 🙂

In fact, just waiting for your hair cut in this place, is worth the price by itself. Hours can easily be spent studying this beautiful man’s artwork, which he has spent a life time creating, putting on display for those wanting to visit him, and his temple. A beautiful soul, a beautiful saloon, and a holy hair cut! If such a thing exists …

Life in Cyprus

Outside the Mosque where Prophet Muhammed’s mother is buried.

Yesterday we went to the birth place of Aphrodite. The story of Aphrodite is a beautiful story of war amongst the Gods, and how Zeus and his brothers, conquered their father, and cut off his penis, which again gave birth to Aphrodite. Aphrodite’s rock is a beautiful place on Cyprus, close to Pathos, where you can literally feel the Gods’ presence, through the nature and history of Greek mythology.

Life in Cyprus has been good to me, for roughly 8 months now, and I must confess I am in no hurry to go back to Norway. The people here are generous, and kind, and always interested in talking to you. Often they will go literally out of their way, to provide that extra inch of hospitality, such as the woman who yesterday gave me another recipe for Stiffado. She was serving my Pita Gyros, and we sat down at her restaurant for an hour, while Lisbeth told her I was a decent Stiffado cook.

I have rarely been to a place on Earth in my life, where people are so generous, full of hospitality, and humble when listening to my own stories.

Below is Are, a friend of me, playing around with a “rock Penis”, trying to re-enact Kronos. For the record; I didn’t decapitate his family jewellery, although I was tempted for a while 😀

Below you can find “yours truly” having a cigarette, outside one of the most holy Mosques in Islam, the burial site of Prophet Muhammed’s mother, discussing management theory with one of the local experts 😀

Maybe I’ll tell you the story of how Zeus and his brothers conquered Kronos, and gave birth to love in the process one of these days. But for now, I’ve gotta dash outside, and experience more of this beautiful country, before Are and his girlfriend are leaving us tomorrow, to go back to Norway. I somehow suspect they’re not looking forward to it … 🙂
